This listing is for the solid wood twin bunk loft bed structure with removable SLIDE AND SIMPLE PLATFORM . ♥ Similar to seen in this photo but slightly shorter as the bed seen is 9' ceilings.

Our beds are designed with safety, finish, versatility & durability in mind!

Ladder on the FRONT of the left panel, solid panel with window on top and bottom with window grids on right. Standard shutters. SLIDE FROM FRONT RIGHT OF STRUCTURE. Bottom of bed, as seen, slide will come out over the right front window. Top will have only one window or 2 smaller ones (whatever will look best) WITH shutters and window boxes.
Finished in 5004-3B Garden Flower with white window frames, shutters, door trim and house number (TBD) and natural window boxes with succulents in window boxes.

Bed $8995, added bottom platform $255, normal extended delivery $495, total $9745.
We are waiving the additional fee for NYC delivery as well as a design fee for putting the slide on the front of the playhouse and changing up the top window(s).

Top bunk comes with solid "floor" & center support.

Approx measurements for your custom bed are
82"L x 42"D (98" at slide 47" at awnings) x 91"T

Our beds are created in large, easy to assemble panels. These pieces are solid and do not come apart.
The biggest pieces on your playhouse will be 91" long x 40" wide x 4" thick (side panel) also 82"L x 54" H" x 6" thick (this is the front panel and will need to stay in this orientation, no flexing and putting vertical.)

Our beds are solid wood construction. When needed, only purebond formaldehyde free soy based eco friendly cabinet grade plywood is used.
Our slides are made of particleboard with a tough, factory-applied melamine finish similar in appearance to plastic laminate to provide a durable quick slide every time for many years to come.
Handcrafted with your child's safety in mind from the design, to the materials, to the greenguard gold certified finishes. We use high quality roller bearing drawer slides.
Our beds are designed to meet & exceed the Consumer Product Safety Commission standards.
6-8" mattresses are suggested.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission does not suggest lofts be used by children under the age of 6.

Due to the personal nature of these items & the love and attention put into each piece, we do our best to personally blanket wrap deliver and assemble each of our pieces. Your purchase includes door-to-door blanket wrapped delivery within 400 miles of 74462. We also include personal in-home delivery and assembly to most of our customers. If we are unable to personally deliver, we use a trusted door-to-door blanket wrapped service. The carrier arrives at our studio, blanket wraps each piece with us and transports to your home. The carrier will then unwrap each piece to be inspected. This service is door-to-door & includes easy to follow step by step instructions.

There are additional charges if you are in a condo, high rise or in a location that will need a COI, scheduled dock appointment or an area with insufficient parking for delivery. The carrier charges $40/hr if waiting is required.
