The structure (white, black and stain, as seen but darker stain) with slide (made by us) on right when standing in front of the structure looking at it, stairs at the left, total 120" *UPDATED 140" in length, just under 10' tall, 72" deep including balcony, 9x5x3 black ball pit with black padded top cap, balls (white and clear) and stained 8x8 rock wall with black holds and bars, when purchased together it is $18995 which includes personal delivery and installation. All final details need to be confirmed no later than 3/18/25. Upgrades +$1295.
Overall length from 120 NOW 140" with top balcony, NO BOTTOM PORCH.
